A program for a no-limit destiny

Day 1
  • Welcome ceremony and group integration. A moment of conviviality and discovery that will allow you to feel fully taken care of by the team and to familiarize yourself with this rare and exceptional place.
  • Workshop: Micronutrition and Chrononutrition. How to optimize what you eat on a daily basis so that this food nourishes you as well as possible, but also when should you focus on certain diets and types of food? We will answer these topics in this workshop.
  • Benefits of meditative walking and breathing. Conscious walking has been around for thousands of years, but here in the West, we have lost touch with the ground, with our feet and their tremendous ability to anchor. Surprise yourself by rediscovering a natural and soothing walk, surrounded by pure nature.
  • Prepare your mind and body for a serene and restful sleep. In our busy and intense lives, we sometimes sacrifice moments that don’t seem productive to us: very often it’s our sleep time that toasts! However, there are protocols to start and end the day in a more balanced way to promote truly restful sleep. We’ll see that in this workshop.
Day 2
  • Kundalini Yoga to liberate body and mind. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that is located at the base of your spine. When Kundalini yoga awakens this energy, it is believed to improve your consciousness and help you overcome your ego. Sometimes the practice is also referred to as “yoga of awareness.” Take advantage of these ancestral teachings to feel good today.
  • Workshop: Sophrology. The practice of sophrology is based on a combination of relaxation, breathing and positive visualization techniques aimed at promoting well-being and reducing stress. The patient’s support is mainly based on the voice of the sophrologist. In this workshop, you will learn techniques that you can safely reproduce at home.
  • Coaching: “Time, Money, Success”. How can I better organize my time to get what I really want in my life? What are my limiting beliefs about money, abundance, and why does it sometimes seem to run away from me? How does the Law of Attraction work? What is authentic success for me today? What is valuable to me?
  • Self-hypnosis and visualizations to boost career, confidence and surpassing oneself. Self-hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness that leads to a mental state of hypervigilance and often relaxation in which the subject ceases to voluntarily direct the course of his or her thoughts. In this state, it is possible to access parts of the unconscious that are usually hidden. It is then possible to reprogram limiting beliefs, toxic habits to live a more aligned life.
  • Workshop: Healing yourself with plants. Plants are all around us and yet we know so little about them. Isn’t the forest the first pharmacy in history? In this workshop, learn how to identify the plants that will be your allies in case of illness, to protect your immune system, facilitate your digestion, help sleep, weight loss, etc…
  • By the Fire Pit: self-reprogram a change/improvement to make in your life. Sometimes we are our own enemies and we unwittingly reproduce patterns that don’t help us. However, there are scientifically proven techniques to program a desired change in our lives. By the fire, we will explore them together and you can make them your own experience.
Day 3
  • Guided exercises, breaths and meditations to boost the mind and body to get the day off to a good start. Breathing is the key to calmness. For thousands of years, this science has been studied and perfected around the world. Pranayama in India, then Stan Grof’s holotropic breathing or Wim Hoff’s methods, there is no shortage of schools. In this workshop, we have selected effective techniques that have proven their worth. You’ll be able to start the day off on the right foot!
  • Emotional Release Protocol. We were born and raised in repressive cultures. How many times were you encouraged to express your anger or sadness as a child? “A boy doesn’t cry… A girl doesn’t get angry…” So we learn to repress those emotions and bury them, which in the long run creates very real physical illnesses. It creates another way of living, one that is more balanced and respectful of ourselves. In this emotional release protocol, we will see together how to release blocked emotions in a safe and appropriate way, in order to take a weight off your shoulders and regain lightness and self-confidence.
  • Workshop: Mindfulness Meditation. On a daily basis, it is common to get lost in our thoughts and suffer from them: how do we slow down the supercomputer we have between our ears, how do we regain calm? The goal of mindfulness meditation is simply to become aware of what is inside us and to bring the attention back to the present moment, as many times as necessary. Focus more on bringing yourself back to breathing rather than being distracted.
  • Workshop: reflexology. Reflexology consists of activating “reflex zones” by massaging them with the fingertip. In order to relieve pain at a distance and rebalance various vital functions. In the case of foot reflexology, these famous areas are located at the level of the feet. In this workshop, you will learn how to massage others and also how to do self-massages: what could be more practical on a daily basis when you feel the need, at the office or at home?
  • Workshop: Rediscovering the senses – the power of silence. What happens when my mind calms down? What happens when my ego dissolves: do I still exist? For thousands of years, meditators have been searching for self-knowledge. During this workshop, we will become familiar and gradually tame the silence and welcome it as a friend, as a stranger source of greater relaxation and freedom… Does this sound a bit mysterious? So, let’s find out together.
  • End of the day and evening in mini Vipassana. Once we have taken the time to become familiar with this silence and welcome it in all its richness and fullness, we can now share a moment together, around the fire in silence. It’s a kind of small “Vipassana” retreat. Vipassana, which means seeing things as they really are, is one of India’s oldest meditation techniques. It was rediscovered by Gotama Buddha more than 2,500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e. an art of living.
Day 4
  • Spontaneous dancing / stretching to music. Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, surrender to the rhythm and move freely to the music, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. This form of bodily expression is particularly liberating. You will have the opportunity to participate in a more or less intense way by insisting on the dimension of danced movement and cardio or more stretching in calm.
  • Today’s embodied leader. We live in times of crisis. Social, environmental, meaningful crises… Entrepreneurs today can’t just look at their navel. Together, it is our responsibility to bring light within ourselves and into the structures in which we operate. That is the whole purpose of our work and of this retreat. During this exchange, we will plant the last seeds so that you can leave with the strength to change the world in a positive way.
  • Sharing Groups. Free groups so that all participants can share with the people of their choice and the coaches of their choice on the transformations, the learnings of these 4 days of liberation of our potential.
  • Departure ceremony. It’s time to go our separate ways, after a delicious lunch, with just one or 2 words per participant about what he or she will take away from this retreat and what he or she wants to bring to the world on a daily basis.
